30-Day Return:

You have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for most items. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of use beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, or functioning may not be eligible for a return.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support at info@pathfinderfc.com, within the 30-day return window to inform them about the return and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Securely package the item(s) in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  3. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.
  5. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:  22 Camp Nooteeming Rd Pleasant Valley, NY 12578 

Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method and obtaining a shipping receipt as proof of return.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your return. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider's policies.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, please follow the return process and then place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
